Disprofarma has 10 commercial offices around the country, its headquarters are in Buenos Aires and in 8 major cities of Argentina. These are mainly responsible for the service offered to commercial chemist shops in their geographical area. They are in charge of:

  • The reception and the processing of orders from drugstores
  • The control of orders to prevent failures and insufficient stocks
  • Management of special offers agreed with the laboratory
  • The channeling of business opportunities the laboratories have with customers in their area
  • Monitoring of compliance of sales per product and laboratory
  • The introduction and distribution of new products in drugstores and network of pharmacies

  • The transfer Management
  • The sales management for the network of customer pharmacies

The commercial offices in the interior of the country permanently provide on-line business information to the representatives of the laboratories in each area. This allows these offices to evaluate the progress of their local business and make joint decisions and actions with the local head.
