Disprofarma bases its business management on two pillars: 1) Heads of business and commercial planning and 2) Its sales network.
The Heads of business are a group of proffesionals which provide full-time attention to the laboratories. Each laboratory has a Chief of business assigned who provides assistance in all aspects of the business relationship, and also guides and helps satisfy the needs related to all areas in which Disprofarma serves.
Among the basic tasks performed by the Head of business in coordination with the laboratories we can highlight:
- Estimation of the sales expectation to agree with the laboratory the goal of the month
- The communication of sales targets to those responsible for the commercial offices
- The monitoring of sales progress and customer orders
- Links between laboratories and drugstores to carry out business plans
- The design, planning, implementation and evaluation of plans and special sales
- The planning for the launching of new products and the monitoring of their evolution
- Assistance to the laboratory in its management of institucional sales (Hospitals, Clinics and Sanatoriums)
- Development of information management for laboratories and presentations with contents tailored to their needs
The Head of business is the facilitator of all the steps that the laboratory need to carry out with any area of Disprofarma , this one could be related or not to the comercial function.
Additionally Disprofarma has a commercial planning structure responsible for processing . This one is continually upgraded to complete the historical databases from which estimates are made and reports are prepared . Also, this area is responsible for the operation of system which estimates and forecasts sales , the transfers system, and the reception of information from drugstores related to transfers so as to feed the statistic system.
